1. Shipping & Delivery 

1.1 We deliver Australia-wide. 

1.2 Orders over $250 AUD receive free standard shipping. 

1.3 Orders under $250 AUD incur a flat-rate fee of $14 AUD per item. 

1.4 Estimated delivery timeframes are: 

 • Metro areas – within 7 business days of dispatch. 

 • Regional/remote areas – delivery timeframes vary and are subject to courier availability. 

1.5 Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch. We are not liable for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect address details or courier delays. 

1.6 Express shipping may be available upon request, subject to additional fees. 

2. Returns & Faulty Goods 

2.1 We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

2.2 Returns or exchanges are only permitted for items that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. 

2.3 You must notify us within 24 to 48 hours of confirmed delivery and provide: 

 • Photographic evidence of the fault/damage 

 • Order details and contact information 

2.4 If the claim is approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued. 

2.5 Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. 

2.6 Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
